Registration

Please print out the registration form below to register for classes or if you prefer, you can fill out the form while visiting the studio. 

IMPORTANT: In order to hold a spot for your desired class, a registration fee of $50 per student is due at signup. Registration fees are non-refundable. Registration fee for returning students registering after Sept. 1 is $60 per student. This includes those signing up only for spring semester.

 

Schedule

Please download the file below to view our schedule. Days and times are subject to change depending on the number of students registered for each class.  If we find it necessary to change any classes, we will do all we can to minimize any inconvenience the change may cause to our students and families.

  • Tuition is due the first class of each month. To be considered on time, payments must be placed in the box at the studio, submitted to Square payment service, or mailed to the studio mailbox no later than the 10th of the month.

  • $10 late fee per student will be applied if tuition is paid after the 10th

  • An additional $10 per student will be applied if tuition is paid after the 20th

  • $35 fee will be applied if checks are returned

  • If tuition and any fees are not paid by the end of the month, the student will not be able to attend any class until all money due is paid

  • We accept: cash, checks, and credit/debit cards (an additional 3.5% charge will be added to all card payments)

 

policies

  • Students are expected to be respectful of teachers and of each other.

  • Attendance is required.  More than 4 absences per semester are not from permitted.  If a student misses more than 4 classes, the teacher has the right to remove student from choreography.

  • Students should wear clothes that are easy to move in; no jeans are to be worn in class.

  • Tights and form-fitting clothing must be worn in ballet classes so body positions are visible.

  • Proper shoes must be worn for each class.

  • Hair must be up and out of face at all times.

  • No big jewelry should be worn in class.

  • No gum in class.

  • No food or drink in studio other than water with lids.

  • Absolutely no cell phones in class!
